Catalogue checked on 29 October 2026. The initial index contained 141 entries. After grouping duplicate wrappers and release channels, and excluding snippets and unverified sources, 101 unique entries remain from that index. 64 new unique themes bring the collection to 165.
What was checked
Original repository, current CSS response and its primary import, content hashes, author credits, repository activity, and licence text. Deduplication uses original sources and CSS content, including shared base imports. Distinct palette stylesheets can remain separate; aliases, copied bundles and release-channel duplicates do not increase the count.
Repository activity is not a promise of theme maintenance or compatibility. Archived projects are identified. FCord compatibility has not been tested in the running client. The gallery makes no blanket compatibility claim.
Previews and downloads
34 previews come from licensed original repositories. 3 are rendered from original CSS on a fictional offline interface, with external images and fonts omitted; these are labelled in the gallery. No Discord account or private messages were used. Preview sources are linked in every detail sheet; published screenshots may show an older Discord version.
67 themes have a verified licence and a working CSS URL with a checked primary import. Downloads fetch the original upstream file. FHUB never injects a theme’s CSS into this website. For all other entries, use the official source to check permissions and installation.
Verified licences
73 themes across 66 original repositories have verified licence text. These counts refer to repository/file permissions, not a licence to the Discord product or unrelated third-party artwork. Unverified licences remain source-only.

The Equicord API returned 136 entries, including 14 explicitly labelled snippets. /themes and /get/91 returned JSON; /download/91 returned CSS. /thumbnail/Synthesis redirected to an HTML theme page, so it is not used as an image endpoint.
BetterDiscord’s public store supplied 114 theme records. Detail downloads were rate limited during the audit; no request loop bypassed that limit. Public repository files and the store metadata already received were used instead.
Updates and fallback
Approved Equicord download counters refresh at most once every 24 hours per browser, using its public GitHub metadata snapshot and a short timeout. That upstream snapshot is generated monthly by Equicord. The approved local catalogue stays available when the upstream is slow or offline. Automatic refresh never imports new themes, CSS, preview URLs or licence changes.
For a repeatable local refresh, run python scripts/refresh-themes.py. New themes and changes to permissions or previews require review.
Inspect the audit and the mapping of all 141 original entries. Motion 14.7.1 licence. Motion is loaded only when the gallery is opened, and reduced motion preferences disable its animations.
